On joining Poundswick Moving from a local junior school to Poundswick was inevitably a traumatic experience for youngsters - and an expensive experience for parents! In order to help the transition, the office at Poundswick sent out various items of literature to the parents of pupils during the summer holidays immediately prior to their first term. Wendy Peel (1957-62) has managed to hang on to her set of "joining instructions" for 45 years and so I can show them to you here. These must now be very rare documents indeed!
