The Snow Queen

The Snow Queen was written by Suria Magito and Rudof Weil and was performed on 12th, 13th and 14th December 1957. The play was produced by Mr. G. D. Doherty and Miss N. Clarkson. In December 1957 the school was only just over a year old and Snow Queen was the Dramatic Society's first attempt at a three-act play. In Mr. Doherty's own words it proved to be hard though rewarding work for the young cast, most of which were only twelve years old.
