GT6 Wheel Nuts

Top is a Toyota Camry wheel nut. Now machined to release the standard metal washer. Theres a couple of versions a long one and a shorter one. I used the shorter ones, Once the washer is released the length of the nut that goes through the plastic trim is the same as standard. No need to modify the little springs on the trim.

As standard the Toyota nuts won’t fit well into the wheel as they chamfer begins way out from the threads. I had the angle machined to make it start at the threads. While this may make the nut a little less sturdy the larger studs and beefier nut should work okay.

Here they are test fitted. Have to be a little more careful when fitting as theres less space for the chamfer to pull the wheel into place.

After a little massaging with the dremel the fit looks pretty much stock. The Toyota nuts fit perfectly into the standard trims.
